The Sweet Dreams eye pillow is a blend of essential oils that include lavender, sandalwood, ylang ylang and bergamot. The flax seeds help to create gentle acupressure around the eye area.
Refrigerate your eye pillow for cool and soothing relief from headaches and tension. For safety reasons, it is recommended that you do not put this eye pillow in the microwave. Gentle warming of the eye pillow can be accomplished by placing it on a forced air furnace vent. The flax seeds and dried botanicals are in a cotton muslin pillow. The outer cover is an envelope style that can be removed for laundering. Do NOT wash the muslin pillow. This eye pillow is approximately 8.75" x 4".
